Dyr Med
Dyr Med è una piattaforma, sviluppata nell’ambito della Telemedicina, che crea un nuovo modello di cura e di assistenza dei pazienti, integrando la prestazione sanitaria tradizionale e rendendola più efficiente, più dinamica e più vicina alle persone.
La piattaforma è sviluppata da Dyrecta Lab s.r.l. in conformità agli standard UNI EN ISO 13485.
Cos'è Dyr Med
La piattaforma nasce dall’esigenza di digitalizzare e agevolare l’assistenza sanitaria e socio-assistenziale da remoto a supporto del lavoro del medico e della salute dei pazienti, utilizzando tecnologie ICT (Information and Communication Technologies) ed elettroniche (sensori e trasmettitori wireless) che consentono di trasmettere le informazioni relative alle misurazioni dei parametri vitali, rendendo più efficace
la prevenzione, la diagnosi e il trattamento degli assistiti.
Prevenzione
Consente a tutte le organizzazioni sanitarie le seguenti operazioni:
- la pianificazione dei servizi sanitari e socio-assistenziali
- la gestione degli stessi servizi per i propri assistiti
Diagnosi
Permette a medici specialisti (quali cardiologi, diabetologi, endocrinologi, pneumologi, oncologi ecc…) di effettuare:
- percorsi di cura
- assistenza domiciliare anche a distanza
Trattamento
Nei casi di pazienti affetti da cronicità inseriti nei Piani diagnostico terapeutici assistenziali (PDTA) rappresenta:
- un supporto tecnologico
- un supporto efficace

Dyrecta Lab ha sviluppato Dyr Process, una piattaforma informatica che modella e gestisce i processi aziendali, mostrando la sequenzialità e l’interdipendenza tra attori e azioni del processo.
Genera l’elenco delle attività da svolgere per singolo operatore, comodamente raggruppate in un’unica schermata (web o mobile). Permette l’analisi dei report e delle statistiche.
Come funziona?
